Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP - No store pickup is available at this time. 

LOCAL DELIVERY During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. $5 local delivery is available for certain addresses in Vancouver, Victoria and Calgary. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. 

All local order will be delivered on either Tuesday or Wednesday. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

Option 1: Orders $150 and up, 3 to 9 business days - FREE

Option 2:  Orders 0kg-2kg, 3 to 9 business days - $10

Option 3: Orders 2kg-30kg, 3 to 9 business days $15

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We offer international shipping to the following countries: United States. 

Option 1: Orders $150 and up, 4 to 8 business days - FREE

Option 2:  Orders 0kg-0.5kg, 4 to 8 business days - $5

Option 3:  Orders 0.5kg-1.5kg, 4 to 8 business days - $10

Option 3: Orders 1.5kg-30kg, 4 to 8 business days $15

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bear's Blooms is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@bearsblooms.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
